TKL Quick Update on 11/13/2025
• Case Components (Top, Bottom, Weight): CNC is nearly complete across the board. Finishing is well underway, and parts are arriving at our warehouse daily. We're expecting large batches to start arriving next week.
• Plates & PCBs: Both are 100% in-house. PCBs are currently being tested and prepared.
• Other Parts (Wrist Rests, Accessories): Over 90% have been received. The rest are due next week.
• Custom Colors: CNC is done. They are now at the finishing stage and are on track for delivery by the end of November.
Summary: We're at about 85% completion. Full QC has started. If everything goes to plan, we're aiming to start shipping orders by the end of this month!
TKL Quick Update on 11/25/2025
Most major parts (Top Case, Bottom Case, and Weights) are 70% to 88% arrived in the warehouse, with the remaining stock expected to be delivered next week.
Accessories: Items like wrist rests, silicone pads, plates, batteries, and carrying cases are 100% ready and in the warehouse.
Delays (Copper & Stainless Steel Bottom): failed QC due to surface treatment issues (low pass rates). Materials have been re-ordered for production, with delivery expected by the end of December.
